Well at least the city part. But he says the county is expected to give their approval on Tuesday. Then all that's left is the state legislature sales tax rebate (the $30 miilion). Hopefully it will all work out & next time I get down to Miami it will be under construction. Or already built. I have no idea when I'll be back to SoFla. :confused
