But he says the county is expected to give their approval on Tuesday. Then all that's left is the state legislature sales tax rebate (the $30 miilion). Hopefully it will all work out & next time I get down to Miami it will be under construction. Or already built. I have no idea when I'll be back to SoFla. :confused
