DiFelice started and then Willingham came in back there... the best place for autographs in my opinion would be along the third base line, down below the bleachers behind the bullpen area...... as far as pictures go, i would say take a walk around the practice field area well before the games start and you may find some amazing things...... also, the fish are considered home tomorrow, but it doesnt matter... they occupy that 3rd base dugout and clubhouse no matter what..... not sure about how they sign when walking to their cars... i havent left any games early.... except in baltimore, i chased lo duca down as he was going to his car.... made sure i could get back in the stadium to see mota finish the game out first..... lo duca dropped my photo i took of him, apologized, then signed it.... i guess thats all.... roger dean > ft lauderdale

Thanks! So.... many players walk around the practice fields before the game? What time would be good to walk around the practice fields? I would like autographs but I am mostly looking to take pictures I probably wont go early though.. I really want to. My parents never want to go to the games early :crying
March 6, 200521 yr well.. im not sure what would be going on at the practice fields... but they have simulated games of bp going on sometimes and theyve also had intra squad games..... jorgensen mentioned eric reeds catch in one the intra squad game before thursdays game.... saw that, it was pretty impressive.... i didnt ask any of the guys for autographs when they were around the practice fields but i got some great pics... and saw some things i wont forget.... when they walk from one field to another they have to walk right by you.... i think ismael may have gotten me sick when he got too close.... i got there a little before 11 am for a 1:05 game for that...
March 7, 200521 yr I was just asking someone on another post about the practice fields. I noticed they closed the entrance to the fields. Do you know how to get back there, besides hopping the fence? lol Also, Beckett actually stopped his car for a few fans yesterday. I also saw him signing before the game. Very nice of him. Just thought I'd share!
