playattheplate
My laptop fan was apperently running non-stop because CPU Usage was at 100 % ...but I was nothing out of the ordinary then i usaually do? Don't know why it jumped to 100%? Don't know about this stuff? But I figured out at least that much...why the fan was running... I know Admin has a Dell laptop, i think... maybe he could help? Do you think that a drop of the laptop from maybe 10 inches from a carpeted floor would cause any damage? :confused or would it take a significant drop to cause damage? thanx! for any comments! playattheplate
should the cpu usage be mantaining a certain percentage? it's switches to 6% to 11% and spikes a lot higher real quick then returns...? What tells you if your hardware is damaged..or any strange problems, by looking at your Task Manager? I mean i don't fully understand the Task Manager? QuickGold
Make sure you dont have alot of programs running in your taskbar. Some people have like 20 icons in the lower right portion of the taskbar.
