Marlins To Host Opening Week Rally

MIAMI ? The Florida Marlins will host an Opening Week Rally presented by The Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald on Monday April 4, 2005 at 6:00 pm at Parrot Jungle Island to kick-off the Marlins 2005 season.

 

Fans are invited free of charge to join the Marlins, Billy The Marlin, the Mermaids and others for a rally in anticipation of the Marlins 2005 season. Parrot Jungle Island is located at 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, off Highway 395, between downtown Miami and South Beach. Gates will open at 5:00 pm for the rally. For more information, fans can call 1-877-MARLINS or log on to the team?s official website, www.floridamarlins.com.

 

The Marlins will open the 2005 season hosting the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, April 5 at 4:05 pm at Dolphins Stadium. Tickets for all Marlins home games can be purchased in person at Dolphins Stadium box office windows, TicketMaster outlets or the Marlins en Miami store (3701 SW 8th Street in Coral Gables), online at www.floridamarlins.com or by calling 1-877-MARLINS.

I wonder what players will be there. PJ isnt too far from my house, I like kinda sorta by there. I hate the fact its so hot everytime i go, but I might go. Depends whos gonna be there...
