May 10, 200521 yr A couple of weeks ago i traded Jason Schmidt away for AJ Burnett (17th round keeper) and Joel Pineiro. I loved the trade from the start but some people thought I got ripped off... Man, its looking good so far. Schmidt to the DL.
May 14, 200521 yr in the history of the game, has any team suffered from injuries as much as the Giants have this year? Bonds hasn't played yet, Alou was out for a couple weeks, Durham's been playing hurt the entire year drastically affecting his performance, Schmidt still hasn't recovered from his injury last year which has affected his performance and he's now on the DL, and Benitez is out for the year...if all 6 guys had been healthy the entire year, the Giants would probably have the best record in baseball
