July 28, 200322 yr thank god for cincy that Boone is gone. Bowden I don't have much of an opinion about but most of his trades sure haven't worked out well. The Griffey injuries really were just unlucky, but probably sealed his fate.

The Griffey injuries really were just unlucky, but probably sealed his fate. I think it was more of his inability to gain trust with other GMs. He has burned plenty of bridges. Seattles FO pretty much despises him for the trade for Griffey. Griffey was a good aquisition but the way he did it really pissed off the Mariners and other GMs who monitored that deal.
