Posted June 6, 200519 yr Well, this should be interesting. He was the guy in New Orleans who engineered the trade of Ricky to Miami. He also wrote an article about 10 days ago in which he said he didn't think Miami was crazy for wanting Ricky back, but he also said, "Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'd want Williams on my team." At this point, it would appear the Dolphins are intent on become a soap opera.
June 6, 200519 yr He's probably a figurehead. I think Saban is gonna run the show (for better or worse).
June 6, 200519 yr Fritz got it right. It wont be an issue because this isnt his team. For all intensive purposes, he works for Nick Saban.
June 6, 200519 yr Mueller has a good eye for talent...he is basically a very highly paid talent evaluator...he gives Saban his input and Saban makes the final decision...good hire IMO
June 6, 200519 yr I thought Saban was going to act as GM. 798261[/snapback] He is the GM! Saban makes the FINAL decision.
