So I had a good time at the game tonight

On the play in the 2nd or 3rd inning where Lowell snagged that hard line drive, as he was walking back to the dugout with the ball, there I am right above the dugout in my usual seats and Mike Lowell looks up at me and throws me the ball, it was awesome. 4 years of sitting in those seats and I finally caught a ball, HELL YEAH, lol I was so excited :lol .

Also, when the rain started pouring down and the ump finally stopped play, the grounds crew ran out with the tarp and got it right and everyone still in the stands gave a sarcastic cheer and the grounds crew was bowing to the crowd, it was hilarious.

So even though we lost, I still had a good time.

I was at my first Marlin's game of the year on Monday.

I caught my first foul ball. It was off of Ramirez into section 155.

I can now die happy...

...Actually once this offense starts scoring some runs, I can die happy. :lol

haha, there's a lot of jealous people right now. My neighbor has been a Marlins season ticket holder since 1993 and has never caught a ball.

Well I actually didn't catch it. I moreso picked it up after it bounced off two people's hands, off a chair, off a fan's chest behind a seat and rolled up to my feet.

But god damnit I got the ball. :lol

For those of you who saw the game on TV, did they show Lowell toss the ball into the crowd or did they goto a commrecial break before it got to that point? I need to know if I should stay up and watch the replay of the game at 3am to see myself on TV or not :D .

Yeah, Delgado always throws the ball back into the dugout instead of to the fans :( .
