Two weeks ago while making his first start with the Hammerheads, Rick got hit by a line drive in the head and got a slight concussion (he missed one start). Yesterday, while making his first start after that injury, he got hit by a line drive in the ankle/foot area . He finished the inning (the 3rd) and was taken out. Dont think it was serious as he was walking fine when leaving the field.

He also started the year on the DL with an arm injury.

Talk about snakebitten!!!!

also heard last night that he has a strained elbow and is going for an MRI on Tuesday.........

"strained elbow" and "MRI" are never two things you want to hear in the same sentence. Do you think he's looking at possible Tommy John surgery?
