July 10, 200519 yr But if you looked at weather.com, ever an hour before the game it showed an 80% chance of rain hroughout the night. If you were a family deciding whether to go, and drop $100-200 and you looked at the weather, and the weather the previous few games, would you go? And it rained, albeit lightly, all the way from Miami Beach to PPS. From my perspective, as long as the Marlins cannot sell corporate tickets because you know who controls exclusive marking rights to them, and the Marlins have to depend on Dick and Jane and their three kids for their fanbase, especially without a roof, this same kind of thing is going to happen over and over and over.
