July 15, 200521 yr i just had to talk about the cardinals once this season. last week espn showed the cardinals v giants game and the red birds won it on a squeeze play. ONLY larussa would get that to work. What a stud. I go to school in central illinois and my best friends are card fans so i've been bread to blead red and blue but i go home town first so marlins are #1 and cards are a close #2. that organization is incredible. year after year they put together a great product that is always a post season favorite. amazing. sorry, just had to say this.
July 15, 200521 yr It's easy to be reckless with a 13 game lead in your division. PS: You will never hear me say a bad thing about Jocketty, he's a great G.M., but LaRussa gets a lot more credit than he deserves.
