It's physiologically wrong as well.

Not to mention homosexual acts are technically illegal in FL. Sodomy and oral sex are both technically illegal in this state (male/male or male/female or female/female (just oral sex for obvious reasons)), so, without getting too graphic, that only leaves the uhh manual way of performing a homosexual act (HJ).

I believe the sodomy laws were ruled unconstitutional

I believe the sodomy laws were ruled unconstitutional Florida's still stands. Its just really a matter of enforcement.

I mean how do you enforce this law? You break into someone's house and catch them in the act? Um, I'm pretty this violates a couple different ammendments :confused

maybe if used in the case of rape or statuatory (sp?) rape?

Statoury rape has nothing to do with actual rape, it's a matter of age. And besides, I don't think rape kits cover both sides anyways.

lol....when did I say statuotory rape is actual rape. I know what it is. I'm saying, if there is a case of statuatory rape, sodomy charges could be pressed. Pretty much any case involving sex. Rape, sexual abuse, statuatory rape, kiddie porn, I dunno. Any of them, if sex is involved, and it is proven that anal sex was involved, charges could be pressed for that along with the original charges.

But the question is, how are you going to prove that anal sex happened?
