July 28, 200521 yr Barry Alvarez is going to step down at the end of the season. Brett Bielema is rumored to be the replacement. Alvarez, a former Hawkeye assistant under Hayden Fry retiring to make room for another former Hawkeye player/coach under Hayden Fry.... to coach Wisconsin. Crazy world
July 28, 200521 yr Barry did a good job at Madison, he brought a program back from the dead. It will be interesting to see if the Badgers take a step back with the new coach. Was Wisconsin successful because of the coach(Alvarez) or the school itself??
