August 4, 200521 yr Author I had Priest last year and he didnt work out so my vote doesnt count. Tomlinson and Alexander are very consistant.
August 4, 200521 yr Yea I had Priest in my pay league as well.. He was ridiculous up until he got injured. Was on pace to break his own TD record
August 9, 200521 yr Author S. Smith ahead of M.Clayton is a joke 890791 Why? I had Clayton last year and loved him but Smith will have a chance to catch 90 balls this year if healthy. They might be about even.
August 10, 200521 yr How can you leave Tiki Barber off? He's probably the most versatile back in the league.
August 10, 200521 yr Author How can you leave Tiki Barber off? He's probably the most versatile back in the league. 896492 This is fantasy football. I play in a touchdown league and he is not a big TD guy. He had an above average year last season. Brandon Jacobs will be the Giants goal line back. Therefore, for me, Barber is NOT a top 10 back.

If anything 2003 was the aberration in terms of TDs now that he has the fumblitis under control. No back gives you the rushing and receiving threat Barber does. He lead the NFL in yards from scrimmage most of the year last season despite playing behind a horrible offensive line. As for Jacobs, he'll get some touches in the redzone, but he'll be used more in the 3rd and short situations in the green zone to spell Barber so he's fresh when they rech the redzone and the goal line, Tiki will still get his fair share of TDs. Tiki is a top 10 fantasy back IMO.
August 10, 200521 yr Author Thanks for your opinion but in MY TD league, I don't think he's better than any back mentioned above or better than Kevin Jones and Rudi Johnson for that matter. Guess we'll see.....
