This is probably the worst movie I have ever seen.

 

The makers went way too far with the gore. It wasn't as scary as it was grotesque.

 

Ugh.

Damn! Oh well still have to see it for myself. I used to be scared as sh!t of Freddy when I was a kid but now I think I can take it. At times I would force myself to stay awake so I wouldn't go into Freddys World. :plain

I'm going later with my brother. It might be crappy but I have been waiting too damn long for this to miss it. I've seen almost every rumor site to see if it was ever going to be made and finally it's here. I'm pissed that Corey Feldman had to be a b*tch and turn a role in this film down. I love Feldman but he was moronic for turning this down to reprise his Jarvis role.

 

In other news I'm going to a test screening of Dickey Roberts child star with David Spade on Monday. It won't be out till Oct, I think.

It was good cheese. You know a cheesy movie that was fun to watch. I'd have to say though it might have been better if I did not hear this from a teenage black girl throughout the whole movie.

It's a fun movie to watch just don't expect it to be good.

 

Also if your a true fan of the series, you will love all the little things they put in that bring you back to the old movies.

I refuse to tell but you will love the final scene right before the credits.

 

This film has already done well and is going to rebuild the jason and freddy franchises.

 

Expect more Freddy Versus Jason's, The Prequel to Nightmare, a whole movie about how Freddy came to be, more jason's at CCL, and more Freddy's.

 

The Battle scenes are great but it's just the corny stuff they add but still a really fun movie.

 

The one thing I had to laugh at The Virgin in the film is not like, The Virgins in passed Friday's and Nightmare's. She has fake boobs and a tattoe. I still wonder how she played the virgin. She reminds me of Brittany Murphy btw...

Stay far away from 'Freddy vs. Jason'

Jason, the hockey-mask-wearing killer, owes a lot to stupid teen-agers. If not for them -- especially those who like to drink and have sex in the woods, haunted houses and other unsavory locations -- he would probably be out of a job.

 

And nobody would go see "Freddy vs. Jason."

 

Seriously, who would actually pay to go see this movie, which pairs Jason with "Nightmare on Elm Street" killer Freddy Kreuger? If I didn't have to review it for IMPACT, there is no way I would be caught dead anywhere near this film.?

 

What do you want me to say? That the film was actually good? That it surprised me??

 

Well, you can forget about it.

 

OK, OK. I will admit that I've seen every single Jason movie, at least on video or HBO. And I have enjoyed them for their undiluted stupidity.

 

But the addition of Freddy, who I have never had the pleasure -- make that displeasure -- of seeing before, really made this movie hard to stomach.?

 

Freddy, I found out, was a child molester and murderer who was killed by his angry neighbors. This didn't sit well with me, and added a degree of perversion that is lacking in the Jason films.

 

Unfortunately, several people in the audience -- the ones vying for "Worst Parent of the Year" honors -- brought their young children to see what amounted to 100 minutes of breasts, beer and blood.

 

I don't think it even matters what the "plot" consisted of, or who was in the film. All that is important is that you stay away from this movie.?

 

There were a few scary moments, making me wish -- even though I am a macho, tear-phone-books-in-half type -- that I'd had a date to hold on to. But that's just because I get scared even when I know exactly what is going to happen, not because the filmmakers did a good job.

 

The bottom line, if I haven't hammered it home enough, is this: Do not reward the people who made this film by going to see it. Not unless you want to see "Freddy vs. Jason 2: This Time It's Personal."

 

And you don't. Trust me on this one.

Bad Boys 2 is for sure worth it. American Wedding could be better, but worth seeing. I guess you can list more and I'll tell you what I thought of them I don't really remember all of the ones I've seen.
