I think you're misinterpreting the numbers. yankeefan21 said that these stats are presented in terms of a player's performance in ten at-bats. So, for example, player 2 will hit .716 HR in 10 AB (that's actually about 1 HR every 14 AB). That translates to about 7 HR per 100 AB, 70 HR for 1000 AB, etc...

Since no one has 716 career home-runs, I'm assuming some of these numbers are projected career numbers.
