November 22, 200520 yr I just signed up here. I am a Red Sox fan and I was just wondering what kind of pitcher my red sox are getting. I really have not seen Josh pitch much at all. Is he as good as I am hearing. How hard does he throw... What are his pitches. Has he always had number 21. Thanks. I hope I am welcomed here. See you this summer in interleague.....
November 22, 200520 yr He had 61 and changed it in 03. He throws a deadly curveball, good changeup, I believe he has a splitter, and his fastball is fire. He will be a great pitcher in Boston and as a fellow Sox fan, I am happy to see him in Boston.
November 22, 200520 yr What Bosox fan doesn't know about the Yankee-slayer Josh Beckett? That is tough to imagine!
