That's right folks. We are now respectable in the eyes of the media. Even though we have lost 5 in a row, there are no articles or words of disgust found anywhere in the media other than this board that are very noticable.

 

Just like the Giants lost so many in a row on the road and there was little attention payed, the Marlins have had little attention payed to the losses and more to that we are only 1.5 back.

 

Lets look at this glass half full instead of half empty like some have done on this board. We have a month left, let's enjoy it.

We have become mainstream and respected once again because the Marlins have been playing with heart. Even though some may disagree I still think they have been. We have proven we are for real and that we are an elite team.

Agreed FishFan. The last time I heard such a big buzz in school about baseball was in 1997. Thank God the Fish didn't return this time around. that cheer was annoyingly cheesey.
