December 23, 200520 yr I'm looking for advice on how i can record (Sing, and play) with good quality, meaning no hiss. I have a very good mic, and a pretty good amp... Im getting a slight hiss, and i think its the soundcard, but a prorecording card costs 300$ and ive shelledout too much already... i have a few ideas, but im sure some of you have better, if you think you could help, be my guest!
December 23, 200520 yr i've got a tascam 422 usb audio interface. its got 2 mic inputs, 2 guitar inputs, 2 line inputs, midi input and a line and phono output. it will run you $200 but its well worth it . comes with good software too.
December 24, 200520 yr Author See book, now your makin me jealous.. Id love it.. but i judt dont have the money.. The family pitched in for the guitar, so thats the "Big" gift... Im looking for a cheap fix...
