Cabrera lined an RBI triple and scored in the first inning, and Willis pitched 2 2/3 innings, allowing one hit, in a 6-4 Grapefruit League victory over the Baltimore Orioles before a crowd of 4,206 at Fort Lauderdale Stadium. ''I felt strong. Just little things here and there with my command and delivery,'' said Willis, who left during the game to catch a flight to Phoenix, where he will join the U.S. team for practice today. Willis is scheduled to start Wednesday against Canada. On Thursday, Willis allowed a run on a walk and a hit in the third inning and struck out one, leaving after 46 pitches. Cabrera added a diving stab at third, turning a potential double into an out, to go with his RBI and run scored. He will join the Venezuelan team in Clearwater today. ''I'm very excited,'' he said. "It's [going] to be exciting to play with [bobby Abreu]. To play with Magglio Ordo?ez. It's a big [thing] for Venezuela.'' The Marlins also got a wind-blown, two-run home from Josh Willingham in the eighth, two hits from Matt Cepicky and five one-hit innings of relief from the foursome of Josh Johnson, Joe Borowski, Chris Resop and Ryan Rupe. http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/sport...ll/14005029.htm :cool
