March 10, 200620 yr In the opening game of the Pac 10 Tournament, Leon Powe scored 22 points and picked up 20 rebounds against USC...as a team SC only had 12 rebounds...this is also after missing a huge portion of the first half due to picking up two fouls early What does he have to do to get some respect? Averages over 20 points and 10 rebounds a game... Would have scored a lot more points if he didn't have one of the worst offensive coaches in the nation Led the conference in both scoring and rebounding, only the 6th player in conference history to do so Without him Cal would have been lucky to have won 10 games Among players in power conferences, he is 5th in scoring behind J.J. Reddick, Quincy Douby, Randy Foye and Jarrius Jackson, and 3rd in rebounding behind Aaron Gray and Sheldon Williams And yet, he gets no respect Brandon Roy beat him out for conference player of the year nbadraft.net doesn't have him on the mock drafts for this year or next year Nobody on ESPN or anywhere else ever talks about him What does he have to do to get some respect? March 11, 200620 yr Justin Williams is possibly the most underrated player in college basketball. He averaged 11.3 ppg 10.8 rpg 5.4 bpg this season He had 10 points 15 rebounds 12 blocks against Utah last night. Whoever gets him in the draft will be getting a special player.
March 11, 200620 yr Krauser?!?!? Who says he's that damn good??? Krauser's one of my favorite big east players and he's never been mentioned as a top ten player in the league.
