Kingofqueens718
What's up Marlin fans! I'm a 35 y/o Mets fan from NYC coming to Miami next weekend for the series. Can anyone suggest a nice sports bar or restaurant I could check out before or after the game? I've got tickets to the Saturday game {Willis vs. Glavine} and I'm really excited about my first trip to Dolphins Stadium.

Fish Tank Frenzy
Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Its about 10 minutes north of the stadium. Great action there and the scenery is very nice if you know what I mean.
Kingofqueens718
Thanks guys I appreciate it. Don't worry I'm not arrogant like Yankee fans! {lol} I actually kinda like the Marlins. I also like the D-Rays but that's because of my boy Kazmir. It's good to see that Jacobs is starting to come out of his slump....I really started to like him during his short stay with the Mets. I'm looking forward to this next week because I'm going to see the Mets/Skanks on Sunday...then I'm flying down to Orlando to see my folks on Tuesday. Gonna drive down to Miami on Friday and if my girl lets me I may check out Friday's game too...Pedro's going for the Mets. I think the rotation for us is gonna be Pedro, Glavine and Trachsel. Guest Festa
KingofQueens, if you want to eat in a place around the stadium I suggest the BP at the corner. :plain Sorry, I couldn't help myself. There isn't anything to do in the surrounding neighborhood except get mugged and a few strip joints a few miles south. I wouldn't get to excited about going to that dump. We're entering the rainly season so don't be surprised if the field is 3 feet under water before the game :mischief  Anyways, as it has mentioned before the Seminole Hard Rock Casino is a fine place just a few minutes north. Have you bought tickets yet? Shea Stadium isn't exactly in Beverly Hills either. {lol} I got my tickets back in March and I'm sitting in the Founder's Club area behind home plate.  KingofQueens, if you want to eat in a place around the stadium I suggest the BP at the corner. :plain Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
