September 21, 200323 yr The Marlins bats have fallen asleep lately. Game 1 they were shut out in a 3-hitter. Game 2 it took a 3-run double by the pitcher to supply most of the offense. Game 3 again they're being shut out again in a 3-hitter. Pierre is 2 for his last 19. Castillo is 8-44 (.166 average) over the past 11 games. Pudge is 2-17 Conine's 1-12 Encarnacion's 1-20. this needs to stop.
September 21, 200323 yr I'm hoping we can get some lucky hits tomorrow night and get out of there with the split. Bats should wake up when we get back home -- I hope anyway.
