Posted June 15, 200618 yr Article Oakland A's pitcher Esteban Loaiza was arrested on DUI charges early Wednesday after driving his Ferrari in excess of 120 mph, the Oakland Tribune reported. Loaiza, 34, was pulled over about 3:30 a.m. on northbound Highway 238 near San Lorenzo when he was stopped, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said. Loaiza was arrested for reckless driving and driving under the influence when he failed a Breathalyzer test, CHP Officer Mike Wright said. Loaiza still was scheduled to start the series finale Thursday against the Seattle Mariners.
