June 30, 200620 yr I think you'd have to use a different credit card to actually have mlb.tv believe your zip code. Try having a relative that lives far away sign up for you and then repay them for it.
June 30, 200620 yr It's by both credit card and by IP. You have to get a proxy to be able to watch the games online despite the blackout.
