Did u buy it online?? i got it in some action figre/comic book store in Manhattan If it's like my Nomar one, take the bottom nub of the bat off, put the bat in his hands, and then put the nub back on the bottom. i tried that, and i felt like i was gonna rip the bat. ah, i just did it... i had to pop that thing off with a pencap. thanks.
