Ozzie Guillen

in his last start against the chisox, rangers pitcher vincente padilla hit A.J. Piersynski twice in the arm ( :thumbup )...and guillen said to ESPN that if padilla hit another one of his batters he'd be sure to get revenge and he didn't care if he was suspended for 100 years...so of course padilla hit alex cintron and guillen told jon garland to hit a ranger batter. he missed a couple of times throwing behind Ian Kinsler. both benches were warned and that was the end of throwing at each other. when garland got back to the dugout, he got a mouthful from guillen. garland pitched well and didnt' give up a run. i don't have much of a problem with this, i think a manager is supposed to stick up for his players. but i didn't like him blasting garland. the message intended was sent, loud and clear, and garland also pitched a hell of a ballgame.

Ozzie has to get some better pitchers when it comes to drilling the other team. Maybe he should have his pitchers practice throwing at the standin cutouts. Plain and simple those guys have got to protect their teammates.
