XD! 2005: Other Chicago team, White Sox, win the Series. Cubs fans are hurt. Very hurt. 2006: NL Central Rival St. Louis Cardinals take home the gold. Haha, the Cubs fans are gonna hear this every time.
October 28, 200619 yr meh The only one that is probably a sore spot for Cubs fans is 03....04 gave them hope that curses can be broken...The Cubs are still regarded as Chicago's team, and that's all they really care about in regards to the White Sox...and the Cards already had bragging rights in every way over the Cubs before this, so that doesn't change anything Of course, I'm not a Cubs fan, so I can't say
October 28, 200619 yr 03 was the worst (captain obvious comment of the day). I suppose 05 sucked too, but the Cubs have been and will always be the team in Chicago so I doubt those fans cared too much about the Sox winning 04 and 06 didnt really add to Cubs fans misery...though those fans are always miserable
