Exactly how much will you need at Wii Launch?

Featured Replies

I already know how much I need on Wii launch day, been planning for it for a long, long time. Nice to see a concise list of launch titles and prices though.

Can I still get it or is there a waiting list?

More than likely most stores will have them instock most of the day on launch day. If not, there are stores (like Best Buy) who will be selling Wii but did not take preorders Personally, I'll be lining outside Best Buy since I the guy two people in front of me in line got the last preorder at EB games.

Already saved up: $409.00

Have Zelda in reserve

1 Wii Console - $249.99

1 Classic Controller - $19.99

Wii Points Card - $20.00

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: $49.99

Call of Duty 3 - $49.99

Wii Component Cables - $29.99

Grand Total: $445.16

I think the site should list SD memory cards. Speaking of such, does anyone know if you can use any SD Memory Card or are we going to need specially formatted cards.

My understanding is that you can use any SD memory card that you would like. The thing that I hoping for is the ability to use external HD's using the two USB 2.0's that are in the back. If I'm able to hook mine up, I'm thinking about purchasing this one:
