Stumpy had a helluva game. Olesz continues to impress me since his return from Rochester. Peltonen with some very solid play. Jokinen played a strong game with getting down and dirty in the trenches. Ruslan Salei continues to rack up the points.

 

 

Great special teams play tonight. Belfour was solid all night.

we're 11-18...i don't care how many points back we are out of the playoffs, we're not going to make it playing 11-18 hockey.

 

it was a good win - but don't get your hopes up over one game. they need a good half dozen of these type of wins....in a row....for the "season to be saved".

 

they aren't out of it technically, but they aren't exactly in the picture either. like alot of us kept saying last year with the Fish - get to .500 and then we can start talking playoffs....
