Internet Connection Problem

Featured Replies

Wondering if anyone can help me with a new problem I have been having with my internet.

I use wireless, and for the past 2 days, it will say my connection is very good; however, every 5 min the connection goes out (even though the connection still registers as very good) and I have to reset it. Any ideas where the problem may lie?

If you're using a linksys router, I've had that problem before.

Just reset the router using the rear button and reconfigure it.

Since, I'm assuming you mean reset the connection and not the router.

if the above didn't help try going to the router configuration page and updating the firmware.

for example dlink u go to internet explorer or fireforx and type in 192.168.0.1 to gett here
