Colin Roberson

Featured Replies

Colin Roberson was promoted from Greensboro to Jupiter earlier this week after going 3 for 9 with 2 homers at Greensboro.

This guy has a lot of potential, but a very high strike out rate. 7 K's in 13 AB's so far this season.

He was drafted at number 636 in the 2005 draft (our infamous pitcher draft), out of Virgina Weslyean College. He started his career in Jupiter last year but was sent back to Greensboro shortly thereafter after only hitting .246 at Jupiter. He did worse at Greensboro, but after a successful start at Greensboro this year, he was sent back up to Jupiter, where he has struggled, but is starting to pick it up.

There seems to be a slight interest in this guy, he might never amount too much, but that's been said about a lot of people who have experienced success.
