October 16, 200322 yr 2003 National League Champion Florida Marlins. Think about that one for a second. Now that's just stupid, silly and outrageous. Doesn't even sound right. In May and early June who in their right mind out there would of given this team a chance to finish better than 4th in the NL East, nevermind NL Champs - aside from a couple dozen loyal posters here???? Props to you all.... Enjoy the ride, everyone. This is baseball history.
October 16, 200322 yr Author I know I did. I picked us to have 90+ wins. I even said we would get a lift from someone unexepected. Hell, I thought we would win the NL East, and I thought I was being fair. But hey, here we are. In the WORLD SERIES!!!
