Bloomberg?

Featured Replies

I was reading an article about Bloomberg possibly entering the race as a 3rd party candidate. There's been talk over the past few weeks that he's been considering it.

As unlikely as a 3rd party candidate is to win, Bloomberg could spend insane amounts of money in a campaign that would trump anything we've ever seen.

Chuck Hegel's met with him recently, maybe Hegel as a VP?

A sane version of Ross Perot with governing experience. Socially liberal and fiscally conservative....

It would be a tough time for a 3rd party candidate to get any democratic votes though, the 2000 election is still in voter's minds, not to mention Nader.

I think it's doubtful he'd run but you never know. You really have to wonder how far the money alone might take him.
