Rockstar games has long been known for a series of infamously violent and morally bankrupt (all though fun) games, like the GTA series and Manhunt. Now I can seriously say for the first time that i'm truly disgusted by a game, Manhunt 2. Admitedly, I played the first one as a teenager and thought nothing of it, but looking back I realize how ridiculously violent and obscene these games are. The object of the game is simple... kill in as many gruesome and hideous ways as you can possibly imagine. I have been an avid gamer all my life and have enjoyed my share of violent games in the passed, but never a game who's sole objective is to murder. I played the original game as a stupid teen that thought it might be a good premise for a game, I thought of it as a "running man" type game, but instead I got a snuff game. PLEASE for the love of humanity, Rockstar... do not release another game like this. EVER.

I rented Manhunt 2 for the wii to figure out what all the press was about. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be gore wise. They probably made them censor it a lot. Personally I think over reacted about a game that no one was going to play anyways. This is a poor made game . I hated playing it. It was not fun and the controls were very unresponsive. I wanted to throw up due not to extreme violence but a really poorly made game.

 

The world overreacted on this one as usual. IMO

It's a GAME. If you don't like it, then don't play it.

JetsMania is right. No one is making you play it. I wonder what you would think it you played Killer7 though.
