As of right now, this is what I would put on the field:

National League

1. Hanley Ramirez SS

2. Chase Utley 2B

3. Chipper Jones 3B

4. Lance Berkman 1B

5. Adrian Gonzalez DH

6. Ryan Braun LF

7. Ryan Ludwick RF

8. Nate McLouth CF

9. Geovany Soto C

Starting Pitcher: Edinson Volquez

American League

1. Ian Kinsler 2B

2. Michael Young SS

3. Milton Bradley DH

4. Carlos Quentin LF

5. Josh Hamilton CF

6. Justin Morneau 1B

7. Joe Crede 3B

8. Magglio Ordonez RF

9. Joe Mauer C

Starting Pitcher: Cliff Lee

I would be suprised if 1/3 of my NL Outfield actually starts, considering the popularity contest that's going on with Soriano and Fukudome.

I agree with each and every one of these.

I can tell you probably did what I did, chose the top OPS at each position :mischief

I compared OPS but I also took RBI and power production into account.

The only real race should be between Ludwick and Nady in RF, although the latter probably has no shot at starting. Somehow I think our AL lineup, which consists of 4 Rangers, has no shot at making it without a single Yankee/Red Sox starter. My guess is that Manny has a huge lead over Quentin right now.

As of right now, this is what I would put on the field:

National League

5. Adrian Gonzalez DH

I agree with most of your picks but how can you leave Pujols out? I don't understand that.

Pujols was actually my first choice for DH. It was kind of a toss up between the two and I ended up going with Gonzalez based on him having the edge in production. Here's their comparison:

Pujols: .347/.475/.631, 16 HR, 42 RBI

Gonzalez: .292/.354/.549, 17 HR, 57 RBI

Putting up 57 RBI's with almost no protection in that San Diego lineup is impressive. He has carried that offense up until this point in the season and is on pace to drive in 140+ runs. Pujols has also been impressive with an OPS well over 1.000. I could really go with either of them; both deserve it.

Pujols and Gonzalez are both having great years. Tough to pick between them.
