Seattle pitcher for first game here what fl marlins.com say about him: SEA: RHP Carlos Silva (3-7, 5.79 ERA)

Despite earning the loss facing Toronto in his last start, Silva still had a quality start. He allowed three runs on nine hits over seven innings. The right-hander walked none and struck out three. Silva has not recorded a win since April 17. Since that win, he has gone 0-7 with a 7.36 ERA. In his career against the Marlins, Silva is 2-0 with a 2.90 ERA over 31 innings http://florida.marlins.mlb.com/news/articl...sp&c_id=fla

This game will certainly be a tough game, and Game 2 will certainly be tougher.

I hope we're not taking Seattle lightly...gotta play ball.

For some reason, I kinda have a bad feeling about tomorrow. This team just had to fly from coast to coast (6 hour flight) to play the next day.

You would think MLB scheduling would've scheduled an off-day tomorrow, instead of Thursday. Guess not...hopefully, we get the W.
