November 7, 200817 yr question 2 passes in massachusetts with flying colors, making possession of up to one ounce of weed a civil issue, not a criminal one...and while i dont think its enough...its a step in the right direction...thank god for liberals....errrrr people who think for themselves HAHAHAHA thanks, I needed a good laugh.
