April 30, 201016 yr Is it true you re only allowed in the upper deck with your dog? Yes, and I had a blast when I took my dog there a couple of years ago. There are plenty of water bowls around so your dog won't get overheated and even some artificial turf is laid down on the concourse outside the upper deck for your dog to do its business. If you are going to bring your dog, make sure it is well behaved. I was going to bring my dog tonight, but he is having some hip problems right now.
