April 16, 200323 yr MLB cannot fine or give jail time to anyone...... that would be up to the judicial procedures in the cities and on the federal level to decide that issue... hopefully they will though
April 17, 200323 yr MLB cannot fine or give jail time to anyone...... I know i just go that Idea from the ESPN crew. Bobby valentine said they should fine them and give them some time in Jail. I hope they inforce that law!
