I've got several sized caps that have shrunk a little bit. The old mostly wool ones -

 

Does anyone know a good way to stretch them just a little bit?

 

Eve 1/16 of an inch would make them so much more comfortable.

Yeah

 

Take the cap and place it over your knee, with the Bill facing you. Grab the cap under the bill and Pull up hard. You will hear a Popping noise, which is the sizer inside the cap. Once it's broken, you will get about another size out of it, which is what your looking for.
