Castillo will get $5-$6 million, Lowell will get close to $8.5 million, Vlad won't come cheap... he'll be about $10-$13.5 million (about 20% of the payroll on one player). Sea Gas will get a raise, near $3 million. $1-$2.5 million wasted on Benny. Add the rest of the guys due for a raise (losing DLee, Enc, and Loop) payroll will be over $60 million.

November 22, 200322 yr As far as trading/retaining players, here is how i view our situation: Keep: -Lowell -Pudge -Urbina -C. Fox Dump: -D Lee (move Conine to 1B) -Castillo (sign Gruzielanek) -Looper (re-sign Urbina instead) If he becomes too expensive, we can lose Encarnacion as well, as long as we can get an adequate replacement for him.
