July 8, 201214 yr Author Don't forget to catch Christian Yelich and Jose Fernandez in the Futures game today at 5 PM. The Cuban born Fernandez is pitching for the World team and Yelich for the U.S. team. According to MLB, neither are in the starting line-up.
July 9, 201214 yr Fernandez was solid in the second inning striking out 2, While allowing one hit; meanwhile Yelich was 1 for 2 with a Run scored and a walk.
