knglover Posted July 18, 2012 Share Posted July 18, 2012 Based on the fact that this fella has proven that he is capable of not being the most truthful of gentlemen, is it possible that he was injured whilst still on the restricted list knowing he wasnt going to be paid until lifted from said list? Is there anyway to prove if an injury is fairly old and if so would the marlins be responsible for paying him in this case? I know it is fairly inconceivable to think that anyone could throw a pitch at all with a sprained UCL but when there is millions at stake most people could will themselve to do most anything.
