Do you eat healthy foods every 3 hours or just whatever you get a hold of. i was told to start doing that for college so I don't get the freshman 15

When I started off, I would eat VERY healthy. And I lost weight!

 

Now that I'm as skinny as I want to be, I eat semi-healthy. Lots of fish, no rice, no coke. But I do eat chips, candy, etc most of the time.
