December 11, 200322 yr the fact is under the patriot act the government can arrest someone for saying they simply don't like the president. that is a violation of the first ammendment They can't convict, but for years the government can detain you as a danger- this is not related to the patriot act. Its better than andrew jackson threatening to kill you. (history buffs should get laugh) hehe...that guy was nuts. Reminds me of dubya in a way, minus the courage and charisma.
