July 1st  initiated the  International signing period

The Marlins are amongst 6 teams who have not sign any players

The other 5 teams  include Boston  which is banned from signing anyone

The Cubs who have the deepest talent pool in the Majors

KC  another organization that is also stocked piled with young talent

The Marlins (29) sit right there with Toronto (25),  Seattle (26), and Baltimore (27), four of the worse organizations in all of baseball

*BTW only the Angels (30) have a worse  organization than the Marlins

The Marlins consistently fail in signing these international players, other than Ozuna I can't think of a single noteworthy player signed during the Loria ownership. The successful Marlin teams of past were built on these type of players like Renteria, Castillo, Gonzalez and Cabrera. Maybe they'll continue to build such a steller farm system with draft picks?
