December 23, 200322 yr I'm going to hope I don't get shot by Juanky, but IMHO our most important player is Michael Lowell. Lowell is a huge piece in and out of the field, but we were winning with him on the DL with the broken hand (both September/October). It is a very though call to say who was the MVP last season, so many people contributed. That's why we are Champions, it was a true team effort with no super stars.

Downright horrible. You are forgetting, he strikes out alot. YOU are forgetting, he gets on base at a .380 clip. :banghead And we traded him for a lefthanded bat who will get on base at .400 clip along with 20 HRs for 7 million dollars less. What's your point?
