Not being snarky but he’s got a sub 600 ops his last 27 PA. Is walking a little more which is nice. There’s a significant chance he’s a pretty bad hitter which is why orioles traded him to begin with. Hope he finds that meat stroke tho

the Cabrera numbers are from when he switched his arm slot which is not coming from me, it’s coming from eno Sarris. That’s his number when he literally made a mechanical change to his throwing motion which magically coincided with his command getting better. I’m complimenting the fish drive line guys here m8 relax and put the tequila down.

He is also 25th amongst qualified 1st basemen in OPS and wouldn't be playing on a playoff caliber team. Another Bendix master class.

He has 3 walks in his last 5 games. He had 7 in his previous 47. That's a small sample size but nevertheless progress for Norby. He still has a long way to go though.

All the more reason it's a surprise. No argument there , I don't think he's a big part of the future.

Inappropriate and rude intro aside, Not a large enough statistically significant sample size to draw any conclusions. It is encouraging though and I would love to see Cabrera develop some consistency and become a star/ace. My personal opinion is it won't happen, but as a Marlin fan I'll be more than happy to eat crow if I am wrong.

Great team win. Junk continues to do his job. Two cracks at winning the series with our big guns on the mound.
